Vendor Registration

The Palmetto State Barbers Association invites you to be a featured vendor at our 65th Annual Convention, taking place July 20–21, 2025, from 9AM to 8 PM each evening. This two-day event will honor local and state barbers, cosmetologists, and community leaders. Join us as we celebrate excellence and elevate the beauty and barbering industry across South Carolina.

Important Details

• Setup begins at 8:30am; must be complete by 9:00 AM

• Vendor breakdown begins after 8 PM

• Vendors must bring table coverings and signage

• Vendors must bring valid permit/ retail license.

• All fees are non-refundable unless PSBA cancels the event.
